These terms apply when you book a golf lesson through a Teequence booking page. By booking you agree to them. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Who you're booking with
Your lesson is with the instructor whose page you booked on. Teequence (made by Dry Lightning Labs LLC) provides the booking software only. Your instructor is responsible for the lesson itself, their prices and how they take payment. Questions about a lesson go to your instructor.
Prices and payment
Prices on the booking page are for information. You pay your instructor directly, using whatever method they accept. Teequence never takes payment or stores card details.
Confirmations and reminders
We'll send you a confirmation and a reminder before your lesson by email, or by text if you opted in. If your instructor approves bookings, your time is held while you wait for their confirmation.
Changing or cancelling
- More than 24 hours before your lesson, you can cancel or reschedule online using the link in your confirmation or your "My lessons" page.
- Within 24 hours of your lesson, online changes are closed. Contact your instructor directly; their phone and email are shown on your booking page. Your instructor may treat it as a late cancellation.
- If you don't attend, your instructor may record a no-show.
- Your instructor may charge for late cancellations and no-shows according to their own policy.
Packages
- A lesson booked with a package uses one session from it.
- If you cancel more than 24 hours ahead (or your instructor cancels), the session goes back to your package.
- A late cancellation or no-show uses the session, unless your instructor chooses to give it back.
- A session is never returned to an expired package.
Text messages
If you tick the box to receive texts, we'll text you confirmations, reminders and changes for your lessons with this instructor. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Junior lessons
A parent or legal guardian must book Junior lessons and sign the consent form. Confirmations, reminders, summaries and any videos the instructor shares go to the parent, never to a public link.
Your information
You can see your lessons, notes and shared videos on your "My lessons" page, and ask for your information to be deleted from there at any time.
